Lemon Tart with Redcurrants and Strawberries

Last night I cooked for and hosted a supper club, feeding 20 and 4 course meal. I made 4 tarts for pud, this being one of them, the previous post being another.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 10-12

1 Greek basil
4 Lemons, juice and zest of
1 1/2 cups Strawberries
1 Zest
Refrigerated
2 Egg yolks
6 Eggs, medium
Baking & Spices
1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 1/8 cup Castor sugar
1/4 cup Icing sugar
Dairy
1/2 cup Butter, unsalted
6 oz Double cream
2 tbsp Milk
Other
1 tbsp Limoncello – optional
5 oz Redcurrants
